Returns & Refunds
Shopping online these days can be difficult when it comes to sizing. We know that it can be hard to determine which size would fit best for you. In saying this, if the items you ordered don’t fit, we are more than happy to provide a refund, store credit or exchange it for you.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- Customers who received product(s) with a manufacturing fault are entitled to a store credit or replacement of their order after close in house inspection and photo evidence.
- Please take due care when trying on any product(s) as to not cause any excessive damages that might void the faulty refund request.
All returns must be posted and returned within 30 days of delivery and returned in original condition.
VAEON Athene will only offer store credit or exchange for any returned items
CONDITION OF RETURN
- All product(s) must be returned:
- Within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags, packaging & protection
- Not smell of deodorant
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Sale items or discounted Items
- Items used or altered
PROCESS FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS
- To initiate a return or refund please follow the refund process on your account
- Inspection on return. Once the item is received and inspected we will then proceed with the exchange or store credit
- Store credit may take up to 7 business days to process once the returned item is received.
